1. Format the USB drive to be the FAT32 form firstly, then to do backup, if still the same case, please try to change another USB drive to test( recommend use good brand USB drive ). 2. Please remove the mouse from the front panel of DVR, when you plug your USB drive to backup.

1. Check the DVR Main menu--Set up--Basic--Video Format (ensure here is the same as camera Signal system) 2. Check whether the IR night lights show on in bright lights place, if yes, the light board of the camera get problem.
1.Check the VGA/HDMI cable connection on the monitor or the DVR, or change a new VGA/HDMI cable to test. 2.The setting of color and brightness for the DVR is wrong. 3.if still the same problem, Please open the DVR cover to check the cable of VGA interface whether it is in good connection or not.
1.Power offer the DVR, remove cover to check the front panel cable connection whether it is loose. 2.Ensure BNC output connect with DVR Video out interface, instead of Audio out interface. 1.Power off DVR, then remove the cover to reconnect hard drive 2. Check the operating temperature 3. Check the surrounding whether have Strong electric shock video cables. 4. Check the firmware version do a upgrade firmware to test
1.DVR can’t recognize/read the USB drive, kindly suggest change another USB drive to try( recommend use good brand USB drive ). 2.Please remove the mouse from the front panel of DVR (some model), when you plug your USB drive to upgrading. 3.Check the upgrade file is compatible for the DVR model and saved in the root directory of your USB drive.
1.Check the VGA or HDMI output interface connection, choose the right input signal on your monitor. 2.Change another monitor with the needed resolution. 3.If no extra usable monitor, do a upgrade firmware for DVR.
